It could be said that NoFap fits under the ‘manosphere’, but they’re not so deep into that world as self-proclaimed red-pilled groups like MGTOW. From what I’ve seen, most incels mock the movement and call it a ‘cope’, whilst MGTOWs neither embrace it nor disavow it. I’d say the NoFap movement has a lot more in common with the general self-improvement world.
