I addressed both of your points in the article, actually.

Social media is definitely biased in favor of liberals. There is both statistical and anecdotal evidence for this. It’s clear as day:

As far as the argument of private platforms being able to do whatever they want, then it would go both ways. Bakers have no obligation to serve gay people, employers have no obligation to adopt affirmative action hiring policies, and any private company has the right to discriminate against anyone for whatever reason. Drop the double standards if you’re gonna make that argument.

Regardless, if one has any awareness of our current landscape it’s obvious that something needs to be done. Social media is and is increasingly becoming way too important of a medium for there to be no regulations in place. You’re only arguing against regulations because it benefits your narrative.

You know, for someone who called me a fanatic in the past, it’s interesting how you don’t take the trouble to read a 7 minute long article and proceed to launch your ideological response right away. Really makes you think.
